What is Optimistic Living?
Optimistic Living provides 12 weeks of one to one support for those seeking support to improve their confidence and wellbeing.
A caseworker will work with you to set a goal together, however small, to aid resilience through difficult challenges of life. We use tools such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to support and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
