We are proud to announce three exciting appointments joining our Board of Trustees, each bringing unique expertise and passion to further our mission of supporting people to live happier, healthier lives.

Rui Z. – Chair of Trustees
Born and raised in Mainland China and now based in London, Rui is an award-winning global talent leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth and leading diverse teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America. At Meta, she plays a key role on the Family of Apps Inclusive Product Council, helping shape products that serve diverse global communities. Rui is a founding leader of the Meta Connections Program and leads the UK Career Pillar for Latin@ Meta, championing representation, belonging, and inclusive leadership. Her career spans major cities including Chengdu, Istanbul, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dublin, and London, giving her a rich global perspective on organisational growth, cultural inclusion, and leadership development. Rui’s commitment to mental health and holistic wellbeing makes her a perfect fit to lead Simply Limitless.

Lionel Marumahoko (SNR) - Board Trustee
With over 25 years of global executive leadership, Lionel has driven operations and growth across 36 markets during his tenure at The Coca-Cola Company. He is now Managing Partner at BPL Africa Connect, advising businesses on market entry and transformation strategies across more than 50 countries. Lionel is also the founder of Dairy and Beef Global Solutions, an agri-tech company advancing livestock genetics in challenging climates. Beyond corporate success, he dedicates time to boards and initiatives focused on community, sustainability, and youth empowerment, including SolarAid, Uncommon.org, and 54 Collective. Lionel’s belief in leadership as service aligns strongly with Simply Limitless’ values, making him a powerful advocate for mental health and wellbeing.

Lesley Griffiths – Board Trustee
Lesley has spent 26 years running her own mobile hairdressing business, thriving on her love of working with people. Outside work, she enjoys fitness, running, playing in a ladies darts team, and the occasional pub quiz! Lesley became involved with Simply Limitless about 18 months ago after being referred for support. Inspired by the guidance she received, she chose to volunteer and learn about the wide range of services offered. Through volunteering, Lesley has found deep personal reward and built lasting friendships with both fellow volunteers and service users. Her hands-on experience and genuine care bring invaluable perspective to our board.
