Grove Dance

Anyone that wants to have some FUN and exercise in a different way, dancing in a nonjudgmental community where you are free to be yourself, you have to try Groove! 


Groove Dance Therapy is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience.

With great music, I will UNITE everyone in a simple movement or rhythm but you get to dance it your own UNIQUE way.


We explore a variety of styles and genres, we encourage you to enjoy and feel good in your body, every step along the way.


You’ll experience everything from slow delicious meditative grooves, to heart thumping and strength building cardio beats. We're all ages, sizes and have differing fitness levels - Groove can even be done seated if you can move then you can Groove! 


The perfect recipe to nurture your body, mind, heart and soul. 


What to Bring:

- Wear comfortable clothes, you can dance bare-feet or non slip socks whatever feels good for you. 

- yoga mat

- Water bottle

- Open mind, open heart & a big smile
