Daytime Fitness
Daytime Fitness provides a unique and friendly space to exercise, meet people and socialise. Designed for people with low mobility to improve confidence, stability and overall health.
Our classes will get you smiling with our fun and friendly instructors who take you through a range of exercises that are adapted to your needs.
Each class is followed by a social activity, tea & coffee.
On Wednesday you can join us for lunch and on Friday join in with a fun game of bingo!

Monday - Seated Strength
A seated strength based class using resistance bands to increase muscular strength and endurance whilst being joint friendly.
Tuesday - Confidence and Coordination
Combining low impact cardio exercises with coordination, building confidence, balance and hand eye coordination. Can be completed seated or standing.
Wednesday - Heart and Balance
A class designed to increase the heart rate and work on core and balance, reducing risk of falls, building confidence and maintaining independence.- Can be completed seated or standing.
Thursday & Friday - Dance Aerobics
Join our Dance Aerobics session designed especially for older adults! Move, groove, and stay active to the greatest hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, all at a pace that suits you—whether seated or standing. It’s a fun, energising way to boost fitness, improve mobility, and bring a smile while enjoying timeless tunes.
Each class costs £6 or sign up for our monthly subscription of only £28 per month with no joining fees.
