Moodmaster is based around the idea that thoughts, feelings, what we do, and how our bodies feel, are all connected. This works by helping us to notice and challenge patterns of thoughts or behaviours so we can feel better.
Moodmaster is currently run in person or on Zoom and is based around a 12 week programme made up of 1 hour sessions in a small group.
Each week a different topic is covered which may include:
• Problem solving
• Perfecting your life commentary
• Getting a good night’s sleep
The face to face Moodmaster sessions are held at our Wellbeing Hub at 5 Mason Road, Kidderminster DY11 6AF.
The online Moodmaster groups are held via Zoom - we will send you an invitation via email when you sign us.
Moodmaster has given me tools to succeed and a fall-back position or reset button to turn to. Thankyou for your kindness, honesty and encouragement and general sense of fun. I feel about ready to 'fly the nest'.
