Simply Limitless is a health and wellbeing charity based in Kidderminster who have been active for over decade within the community.


The role of the charity is to support people of all ages in the community with their mental, social and physical health.  We do this through a range of one to one and group support that have been proven to improve a person's wellbeing.

Our Mission

The mission of Simply Limitless is to promote health & wellbeing in our region.


Our aim is to operate a wellbeing centre which benefits all age groups, providing a range of activities and specialised support, ensuring that we value the physical, spiritual, mental and social wellbeing of every individual.

    “Very kind people who volunteer and put this charity together. I visit the exercise classes regularly and they make me feel happy and more energetic after. Also if needs be my son can be taken care of in creche which is lovely and he really likes it. Brilliant opportunity for Mamas to do exercise classes plus it's actually affordable. These people put a lot of effort towards making people feel okay and less lonely.”

    My daughter has had an amazing time at jungle gym and the nature walks, and having a lunch box provided everyday - its been so lovely not to cook our main family meal and its been lovely seeing everyone.
